Relocations error

"The system's DLL kernel32.dll has been relocated in
memory. The application will not be executed correctly.
The DLL C:\winnt\system32\mpr.dll has been relocated
because has occupied a space dedicated to a system's DLL
of Windows. To contact the supplier of the DLL in order
to obtain one new DLL." This is the error that some
server Windows 2000 gives to me when enter windows.

If this is a dll mismatch error? how can i resolve this
error?
