Reloading XP

I built a computer bought XP loaded it before i could
afford to buy my wireless Internet connection. I didn't
register it since no Internet. Now can't run computer. Can
I reload XP and start over again?

Sounds like you cracked your copy of xp.(you only get
30 days to activate) If you haven't been getting these
messages, then you would have had to crack it.
you can reload xp, you will be given another 30 days in
which to activate it.
If there is data on the drive that you want, you can
install xp over itself, but it will creat
additional/duplicate users that you will be able to see.
You can save your data then reinstall it again - formating
your hdd this time.
