I noticed that in Outlook 2002 you had religious holidays listed for
christians, muslims and jews, but not for any other religions. I would like
to see other religions included.

Why create them yourself? It's not all that hard. Complete instructions on
how are at http://office.microsoft.com/

they only did the major religions because that's where most of the users
are - it's not worth hours of work (and the risk of errors - the most recent
update had several errors) for 1% of outlook users.

you can either make your own of check other sites for calendars for other
religions.
http://www.slipstick.com/addins/calendar.htm#dates has a short list - there
are ical sites that may offer for other religions.

I use http://www.icalshare.com/ for calendars in Outlook 2007 beta and there
more choices here:
http://www.google.com/search?as_q=ical&num=100

if you Google for your religion name and calendar you'll probably find
something to import into outlook.
