relay prohibited error 553

I have recently changed my Laptop and upgraded from
office 2000 to office xp. I copied all my mail setting
but now get the above error, intermittently, when sending
mail. Can someone please help?

Does the same still happen when you configure your outgoing server
configuration with authentication? You can configure this by clicking More
Settings... in your account properties
