Hello,

I have created two additional workshop tables that I have not found in the
relationship diagram that I need to create relationships between the
registration table and them How would I make the connection.

You will need to provide some more details, and be clearer on some points.
It seems your database is to manage registration for workshops. How are the
attendees listed? The instructors? Why the two addtional tables? Do you
create a new table for each workshop? What is the database's general
structure?
You need to create relationships between tables. They do not occur
automatically when you create tables, which is what it seems you were
expecting.
