Relationship deleted but still added when a new query is made

Hi,

I have a couple of relationships that I deleted in the "Relationships"
window (right mouse click then "Delete relationship", yet when I make up a
new query, I see the relationship back again. This stuffs up the joins and as
understanding the SQL statement isn't one of my strong points, I have some
trouble with making up new queries.

Anyone else come across the same problem? Can anyone help?

It is possible that Access is making an automatic join based on the field
names in the tables being the same. There is a property that you can set for
the database under Tools: Options on the Tables/Queries tab. Uncheck Enable
AutoJoin.

Helps says
"... automatically create an inner join between two tables... The two table
must have fields with the same name and data type and one of the join fields
must be a primary key."
