Reissued KB 885250

I had hidden KB885250 from automatic updates because it broke my
network, as many others have reported. Today it has "unhidden"
itself!! Does anyone know if microsoft has actually fixed the bug and
whether it is safe to install?

Interesting - sounds as though they havent fixed it given that the
article is dated 22/4/5 (4/22/5 for the yanks). The problem is not
exactly the same as described either in that all of my machines are
XP.

I think I will leave the reissued 885250 update on hold for the time
bieng.
