You may install or reinstall Windows XP as many times
as you wish, using the same Product Key, as long as you
reinstall it on the same computer.

You can install XP as many times as you wish. If you want to do a clean
install boot from the XP CD. It has all the tools necessary to partition,
format and install XP. You may need to go into BIOS first and set the CD
drive as the first boot device. If it has been more than 120 days since you
installed XP it will activate on the net as normal. If less you will have to
make a phone activation. You will be given the number if necessary. It is
free and takes just a few minutes.

Not very true, If I'm not wrong, within a specific amount
of times is ok, but need to request new activiation code
once you exceeds that, happen to me before.

Cheers!
