Reinstalling XP/Office07 revisited

Hi,
Surely this has been mentioned but cannot find the answer.
I need to format my HD where I installed Office 2007. When reinstalling
Office 2007, surely MS will detect and inform that such S/N is already in
use along with my XP license number. How can I prevent such messages?

If you are re-installing on the same hardware you will receive no
message regarding activation.

The XP portion of your question cannot be correctly answered without you
providing the make/model of your computer. As far as Office, you will have
to reactivate after the installation.

When you cleanly install Windows XP onto the same machine, yes - you may
need to activate it over the internt (you may not - dependent on your
installation means.)

As for Office 2007 - you may also need to activate it over the Internet -
but, that should not be a problem either.

You do own them, you do have the installation media for them, you do have
the product keys for them - you should have no problem.
