Reinstalling Windows 2000 with sp4

I have already downloaded sp4 and the windows updates and
they're installed. Do I need to download them again if I
reinstall Windows 2000 or can I save them on a CD?
 
If you downloaded complete sp you can burn to cd, you could also create a
slipstreamed install of win2k
