Reinstalling Win 2k Pro

Hi,
I need to reinstall Win 2K Pro on my laptop--I lost/forgot my admin
password and can't log back in. Any suggestions as to best approach? Clean
install option?

for a clean install, format the drive correct??/
just boot to the install cd and when asked choose new
install and format, it shouldn't ask for password as you
are wiping the drive.

Hi guys,

Thanks for the tips--will try Sparky's way first--otherwise, I'll go with
the clean install and wipe the drive and reformat in NTFS.
