reinstalled windows word and product key does not work what so eve

I have had my computer since 2002 I believe and have had my hard drive fixed
and cleand a while ago i reinstalled windows xp with no problems but when i
try to install or starrt word it ask for product key. I still have the
original product key from when i first bought it but now it says invalid
product key try again. What do i do?

Ring your local Microsoft office. Have the original CDs with the product key
with you when you call.
