Reinstalled FrontPage03 and now the activation wizard will not op.

Activation wizard told me that I have changed too much hardware and must
re-activate. As such via internet was not an option. After re-install
activation wizard will not open the via telephone dialogue. Have tried
un-installing and deleting all FrontPage folders/ references, and temp files
before re-installing; yet when re-installed activation wizard still fails.
