I had to reinstall Windows XP. Microsoft Word and Works
ask me for the product key (25 characters). After I
entered it I get the message You have not entered a valid
product key. I tried it 4 times. I got the right product
key. Did I miss something? Is there a solution for this
problem?

Windows XP, Microsoft Word, and Works are all different applications and
require unique CD keys for each.
Make sure you are using the correct key for the application you are
installing.
