Reinstallation of Win XP License Question

My hard drive is about to die - so I'm going to replace it. When I
re-install Win XP Home addition on the new drive, am I going to have a
problem registering the old (?) copy of Win XP? I have all the original
disks and key.

If it's been 120 days, you will have no problem, otherwise, a free
'phone-in' option will do it.
