Reinstall XP

I need to know how to completely reinstall Windows XP on the computer, with absolutely no data on it. Better yet, how to make the harddrive look like I just purchased it from DELL again.

Well if you have your original XP CD then just boot into your cd and
complete the setup. Make sure you delete any partitions and then format it.
All of which is explained when you go through the cycle of install
