Reinstall xp, but can't activate again, pls help

My xp met with some slowing down problems. I re-installed the xp operating
system.

The problem is: I cannot activate it. Even though I have the proper
authentic produce keys. Activation just denies my requests. The message from
microsoft is: incorrect product key!

The xp came with my notebook computer purchased in Singapore. Now I am in
China. I cannot go back to the computer vandor for support.

Because of this OEM thing, Microsoft does not provide free support.

Please help.

Thank you very much.

Do you get a phone activation option? If so, try activating by phone.
What is the name of the OEM that built the laptop? If they are still in
business, you should contact them as they are as the OEM are responsible for
XP support. If the OEM cannot help, no longer exists, or installed a pirated
copy of XP, you should contact MS and inquire if you qualify for a
discounted replacement.
Contact Microsoft.
