I have a CD of WinXP Pro Academic Edition. I installed it to my old computer
that had WinMe. Now I have uninstalled WinXP from the computer and want to
install it to a new computer. Am I allowed to do it?

Hi

OEM or Retail version of XP? As you are posting via NNTP - I don't which
country you are in - and that could make a difference.

Are you still a student at the school that provided the XP?

If you still qualify for the use of an Academic License, yes.
