Reinstall software packages

I do use GP software installation assigned to computers, but as you know
when a piece of s/w is installed using GP then it is manually removed using
add/remove programs in control panel it does not get installed back.

This is because the windows registry knows that the s/w has been installed
using GP.

Is there is a way to force windows to reapply the s/w installation GP...?

I believe if you open the GPO, find the software package, right click, and
then choose Redeploy, you'll be able to do this.

This will redeploy even to the installed ones..i.e if I have originally
deployed to 400 computers and 4 or 5 have removed the s/w manually, redeploy
will redeploy to all 400 altogether...

It did not even work, it does not reinstall the software on the computers
that has removed that software manually.

Kindly advise

So, how do you force reinstallation to a single machine?
