hi all
i have removed 328310 patch from my system as explained here
http://consumer.installshield.com/kb.asp?id=Q108190 to solve ikernel
error.
then i go to windowsupdate to reinstall patch, but in Critical
Updates and Service Packs there are no patch to download...anyone know
explain why?

You may have a later patch/update install which replaced 328310.
Copy/paste the following line into an IE Addressbar, click on GO, then

You have WinXP SP1 installed, the fixes in which supersede KB328310.
Your reply also tells me that you're not up-to-date with IE/OE patches,
therefore I suspect you're not up-to-date with WinXP SP1 patches either (let
alone installing WinXP SP2).
Are you stating that Windows Update doesn't offer you *any* patches/updates?
