Reinstall MS Explorer

how can I reinstall Microsoft Explorer? Not IE, but Windows Explorer? Have
had various problems with Explorer crashing and did a repair or whatever and
that did not fix it. So I figure maybe a reinstall of Explorer would help.
Also, could one have to many things installed into the right click menu?

you figure right....since you have tried a repair install
and did not fix the problem.....you would have to do a
clean install of XP because explorer.exe is windows.

That doesn't make any sense.it should still repair the explorer.exe. Also,
the links you have provided do not that me to any web pages.

Plus, if I decide to do a complete reinstall, what about all the programs
installed on other drives that reference windows files or that also have
something installed on the main drive like Adobe software does?

Windows Explorer = Windows XP (i.e., reinstall Windows to reinstall Windows
Explorer)

You need to deal with the cause. This can depend on recent updates and/or
having spyware, etc related issues. In the meantime, go to Start/Run and
type in CMD:
expand x:\i386\explorer.ex_ c:\windows\explorer.exe
