Windows XP Reinstall DC an AD

hi, i m new to this . i got some problem and need some advice.

i need to add 2 HDD to my existing w2k server. i thought of reinstalling a fresh OS into the server using the same name as in AD. is this very complicated? what do i need to take care in the AD? this server has dns,wins, IIS and veritas backup.
