I am unable to re-initialize my video card from return from S3/STR standby.
The disks and CD cycle but the BIOS does not seem to re-initialize the
display adapter (the NVIDA logo does not apear like it does when I power up
normaily).

(0) MSI says that this is an OS problem.
(1) I have set ACPI to S3/STR mode.
(2) I have set Re-call VGA BIOS from S3 mode.
(3) I have set the wakeup events to Resume From S3 by PS/KB.

My system is:

MS-7250 Rev. 1.0 (BIOS level 1.20 the latest) with an AMD 3500+ CPU
1mb Corsair 533MHz memory
Antec NSK4400 case with a replacement Antec Truepower 2.0 430 watt power
supply
Hitachi Deskstar 250GB SATA HD
WD 8.4GB IEDE HD (backup drive)
Floppy
3D Fuzion PCI-e graphics card (based on the Nvida GeForce 6200 LE chipset).
Generic Floppy
Logiteh keyboard & Microsoft mouse
Memorex DVD+/- DLRWL16 double layer CD

Power off computer, remove battery, locate the CMOS jumper pin on the board
and move from 1-2 to 2-3 position for .30 seconds or so,then back to 1-2,
replace battery, start computer. You'll need to reset BIOS date/time,etc on
start up,after exit page, select "load optimize defaults" or similiar, then set
BIOS for SATA or other add-ins,set video for express and leave alone......
