rehearsed timings

Is it possible to rehearse timings for individual slides, rather than
rehearsing timing for the entire slideshow? This would make any timing
editing a lot easier, because if I need to change anything I could just
change the rehearsed timing of one slide, instead of recording the rehearsed
timings for the entire slideshow over again. Any comments would be
appreciated. Thanks.

In this case, I need to re-record the narration for a particular slide. But I
need to do so without having to re-record the narration for all of the
slides. How can I accomplish this?
