Rehearse Timing

PowerPoint 2007 ( trial version )
I must have missed something. It has been very time consuming and tedious to
set Timing on every slide in the presentation.
Anyway I can set a timing once and it applies to all slides in the same
presentation ?

I went to View > Slide Sorter > how do I select all the slides ? Click on
each one ? I don't see a box for me to click to.

Click the first one, then press Shift and click the last one you want to
select. All slides between those two (and including those two) will be
selected.

If you need to select noncontiguous slides, press CTRL instead of Shift
while clicking each appropriate slide thumbnail.
