Hi,
Is it anyone who know´s which tcp-port in a firewall have
to be opened to monitor a server placed on the other side
with Performance Monitor??

Thanks
Pierre

Performance Monitor is mearly an application running on a server.

I would therefore suggest you either open your Server comms ports or form a
VPN so that you can run Terminal Services.

A quick test of Perfmon running a counter on a remote server shows that
Perfmon connects to port 445 of the remote server using an ephemeral source
port just like it was an SMB connection. Then the two machines communicate
via RPC over this connection. They could have just as easily negotiated a
connection to port 139.
