regserv32.exe

Sometimes when shutting down or restart, I get the message "regserv32.exe Initialization Failed". Also, when I look in my task manager, regserv32.exe pops in and out. What is this? Is there a fix for it, or do I just have to live with it?

Jean, see if this works. Go to Start>Run type: regsvr32.exe /s

I am having the same problem. Do you have a fix for it? Please e-mail it to me if possible. I also get messages on CRTCClient when starting and then I have to restart. Any help you can give me will be greatly appreciated.
