regression results without using the wizard

i have several independent variables and i want to run a multiple
regression on them. for now, i'm only interested in the r-sqared and
the p-values. is it possible to calculate the r-squared and p-values
for the independent variables with a worksheet function?

Look in Help, specifically LINEST, SLOPE, INTERCEPT, RSQ,
