Regression function in MS excel

I am trying to use the regression function in excel and
when I run I receive the msg: Regression - Input range
contains non-numeric data.

I have changed input data to values, as opposed to
formulas, and formatted the cells as numbers. Any idea
why I am getting this msg?

The numbers are seen as text by Excel.Select them all and choose Data,
text to columns, finish.
