I have had a few problems with a couple of my programs.
I have tried uninstalling then reinstalling these
programs to try and get them to work again however the
same problems still occure. After uninstalling the
programs i realized that they still have registry entries
left on my computer. Could these entries be the reason
the programs still don't work after i reintsall the
program. If so how can i safely delete them so i can get
my programs working again. if not is there any other
reason why the programs still don't work even after
reinstallation. Any help on this subject would be
greatly appreciated. Thanks

To check if your registry entries are correct, run 'regedit' command
*if* u know how they *should* look like .

Or, if like me u r not sure what reg entries r correct or not, try to
get a soft that knows better - I use Morton Systemworks for fixing the
registry. I installed it after a month of running XP and I had hundreds
of bad entries already...

Hundreds of reasons. What is your sys, hard, soft, what r the soft that
is not working and how is it non working...

Did these programs work fine in the past? Its best not to
delete anything in the registry unless you know exactly
what it is and be sure to back up the registry first.
