Registry Settings for Folder Redirection in Windows

From C:\Documents and Setting\%USERNAME%\Local Setting\Application
Data\Identities\idnum\Outlook Express, I would like to move this folder to
another location by modifying the registry key
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\User
Shell Folders for the Local AppData. (because its the location of Outlook
Express Store Root)

This task is to automate a new location from a script at logon time (ALL
USERS)
