Registry Searches

Tried to search for a know entry in my XP (SP2) registry. Failed !!!
Just wondering if the searches in the registry are case sensitive ??
Also, I used *.* at the end of the name. Use it or drop it ???

No, not case sensitive. File system wild cards will not work.

No.

Also, I used *.* at the end of the name. Use it or drop it ???

Drop it. Instead, either check "Match whole string only" or don't
check it.
