Exactly. That's why I too responded to this post (in another newsgroup)
saying "I don't normally respond to spam, but for the benfit of others
reading this, it's not only spam, it also presents very bad advice."

Alas, a realist! I've been told that Spybot S&D causes interface problems,
but I was using the MS beta proggy and it was terrible, and tried Spyware
Doctor which was worse. I also have Ad Aware, and AVG, and run Trendmicro
every 2 wks....any advices on this? I also use Zone Alarm, and my DSL Modem
(high speed) has a router as well.
