registry (pre logon keyboard layout) how i can change the
french keyboard pre logon layout in the registry key and
witch decimal is the right code for english canada

In general the pre-logon desktop is controlled in
HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\
branch although I have nothing for you specifically on changing the
keyboard layout. You should be able to look in HKCU of an account
configuraed as you wish to get the values. RegMon from Sysinternals
may help.
