HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\ShellNoRoam -- mainly under the subkey " MUICache "

I wanted to get rid of my MRU's in the registry so that my activity on my computer couldn't be traced, just to see if I could. Here's a quote from http://www.wilderssecurity.net/mrublaster.html that has a tool which gets rid of many MRU's in the registry: "These MRU lists contain information such as the names and locations of the last files you have accessed. But they are located all over your registry, and for almost any file type. By looking at these MRU lists, someone could determine what files you opened/saved/looked at, what their file names were, and much more". Well not only were there still many traces of activity left in a ComDlg32 key but also in the ShellNoRoam's MUICache key. I was wondering if these were actually traces of my activity like MRU's are, or if these are saved settings and if erased will they take away settings. I wonder that, because i've read that the Shell/NoRoam keys are used to save folder settings. So my questions are

What is the exact function of this MUICache Key (in ShellNoRoam), are the contents important enough not to delete the whole thing (so that my activities may not be traced), will they be rewritten once i continue activity again, and why there are so many of these string values for files i've previously used

Please email me at my address and Also write a response here, since i dunno if i'll be back here anytime soon! Thanks!
