Registry keys to set HTML format

I am looking for the correct registry key to set the mail
format to HTML and disable word as the editor, on a
permanent basis

In Outlook, click Tools>Options>Mail Format to set the mail format to HTML
and disable word as the editor.

"UseWordMail"

It's best to use the Group Policy Editor with the office .adm files to make
the changes.
