Where in the registry can I see the rights of the "current

User or User?
Thanks!!!

You can find the default current users permission in the following reg key :
HKEY_USER\.DEFAULT right click it and go to permissions. You can also go to
HKEY_USER\.DEFUALT\Console right click - permissions.

Thank you, but I actually need a value, some thing I can
query or parse out to see permissions?

This is telling you who has what permissions to the HKEY_USERS\.Default
registry key and nothing more. Furthermore, HKEY_USERS\.Default contains
the user portion of the registry that's loaded when nobody is logged in
(i.e. the system is sitting at the login box). It's nothing to do with the
current user.

As far as I know, this information is not stored in the registry.
