1. You mean Registry "Keys" -- the Registry is a flat database.
2. _ IF_ you 'exported' the keys 'before' you deleted them,
then yes, you can import them back into the Registry...
_ELSE_ read the following quote from Windows Help and Support:
Warning
Incorrectly editing the registry may severely damage your system. At the
very least, you should back up any valued data on the computer before making
changes to the registry.
If you do damage your system, you may be able to repair the registry or
restore it to the same version you were using when you last successfully
started your computer.
[e.g. using System Restore.]
Otherwise, you must reinstall Windows. When you reinstall your system, you
may lose any changes that have been made, such as Service Pack upgrades,
which you must reinstall separately.

Have you tried a system restore?

If you backed up the registry keys before deleting the, you can then restore them from the
back up.

Unless you backed up those entries, you're out of luck.

What is the exact nature of your problem? Which specific "registry
files" do you believe you have deleted? Have you tried a System Restore?
If not, have a look at:

If you post *specific* problems along with the complete text of all
error messages, etc., I'm sure someone here can help resolve your
problems.

Also, to the best of your ability, post everything you recall doing
prior to (and perhaps even after) your problems started.
