registry errors

I just ran a third party scan(I know third party C--P) it showed that I had
82 Reg. errors> 243 missing shared files>1 help file>12 invalid extension
files>28 missing windows shortcuts. Is there any way to correct these or
repair my system?

This is probably a false alarm.
If the registry really has serious errors, you won't need a third party
program to tell you so.

Registry scans / clean ups are extremely risky. Do not attempt this
unless you want to scrap your PC or you are "comfortable" with the
standard registry tool "regedit."
