Registry error when logging off

I have a user who get the following error when loggin of
the PC. It occurs only for this user, he has not installed
software recently, and it occurs even when he is in the
admin users group. It does not appear for Administrator.
The registry is 24MB, max size is 64MB. Permission to
registry are correct. Is there anything else I can look
at that might give me an idea of where this error is
comeing from? thanks
 
Sorry, I thought I pasted it in the original message. The
error is: Cannot import minserstart.reg: not all data was
successfully written to the registry.
