Registry entry in RUN key

XP SP2, dual boot with WK2 SP4, 384 mb, Duron 800
Found a binary entries in
HKCU/software/microsoft/windowsNT/currentversion/Windows under RUN and LOAD
Did not expect to see binary values asa LOAD or RUN value. I deleted both
values, and nothing bad seems to have happened. Note that this is not the
RUN key in the Windows folder , but is under the windowsNT folder.

Anyone have any idea what these entries were for?
