Registry data not found?

Question is what Registry data and how to get rid of the message.
I found Regmon32 referred to in MSCONFIG. A Google search on Regmon32 came
up with this on the Symantic web site.

Is this the cause?

After further research in Google, it appears that you can also get
that message due to keyboard drivers or the keyboard itself.
Possibly go into Device Manager and use the update drivers option for
you keyboard.
If you only use one keyboard, make sure that only one is listed in
Device Manager.
If more than one, delete them all and reboot.

PS:Regmon32 sure sounds like it could be virus related though.
