I've installed and used EasyCleaner on several home computers with W98
without any problem for three years.

HD Cleaner is a very good program, but risky when it comes to registry
cleaning.
Used it once on the registry, and it suggested operations that crippled my
system. Being not too familiar with the registry, I keep that one only for
other operations.
