Hi,

Can anyone have an idea how to give users access to add a registry key to a
windows2000 server registry when users don't have local admin rights? Users
logon to dirrent terminal server each time. We got Active directory running.
The Registry key has been added to a batch file which runs as a part of the
logon script when user logon.

Users can run the registry key as long as they are in local administrators
group of a terminal server but it would be disasterous to give all users
local admin access to a terminal server.

Any ideas will be much appreciated.

Thanks in Advance.

You posted this question one day ago, and I suggested
a solution. Do you have a problem with that solution?

Hi!
-Just a note to Pegasus (MVP): Didn't get a chance, until
today, to thank-you for your suggestions to my post on the
10th. Acronis TrueImage may be what I need - Thank-you.
