I have installed Microsoft Office Basic Edition 2003 on my computer. I can
access Word Excel without any problem. When I attempt to access Miscrosoft
Word, it requests the Product Key. I enter it and it tells me it is not
valid. I am looking at the Product Key on my envelope and I entered it
correctly. What can I do?

If you go to www.microsoft.com, there is a 1-800 number available for product
tech support. If you call and stay on hold (For forever and a day) someone
will eventually verify that your product is original by some marking on the
disc, and then reissue you another code for installation to remedy the
