how can i change my regional settings so that it takes
affect on my webpages iis-win 2000. I set the currency
settings on R but is still displayes the $, why? How can i
change this settings.

You need to set the system account's regional setting as well. I don't have
2000 to hand, but I think the button is called "Set as default".
