Very good recommendation. I use this program to help write regular
expressions for spam filtering in Spampal and it saves a lot of guess work.
As far as I know it's the only thing available as freeware. It will save a
lot of time in working up regex.

Try pcre.dll. Search Google for +download +pcre.dll.
