regedit locked

Good day. My registry HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE has been lock.i
cant modify the content inside.Any way to enable it?
For other HKEY,there no problem.Thank for solution

A limited user cannot edit many portions of the HKLM branch of the Registry. Either log on as an Administrator level user, or if you're already logged on as an Administrator, right click the branch of the Registry you need to edit and select Permissions. Ensure that Administrators and/or your username have full control over that branch of the Registry.
