RegClean downloads

I have been getting annoying attempted RegClean downloads that somehow sneak
into my machine. Is this indicative of some sort of malware? I use a popup
stopper.

Run:

AD Aware SE
Spybot: Search and Destory
CWShredder

Microsoft AntiSpyware Beta 1 (careful)

to remove spywares.

Scan your system with latest versions of adaware/spybot search and
destroy/CWShredder.
Run them in safe mode.
