regasm

Hi,
is regasm a program that is delivered with vb.net prof? I have the standard
issue and can't find regasm. If it isn't then I would like the name of the
directory where it is supposed to be. Of course I used search on my PC, but
I don't trust that function in explorer, it's not working properly (win xp,
it used to work but I think I corrupted it in some way).

It's part of the .NET framework and located in the framework
directory, %systemroot%\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v1.x.yyyy
